    No, you can do Diploma directly after class 10th based on the rank secured in the entrance exam.

    Minimum eligibility to pursue diploma is SSC. It means you can pursue after your 10th.

    You can take admission on the basis of 10th as well as 12th certificate. You get exemptions in some subjects in first year if your doing diploma after HSC.

    No, if you do 10th standard then you are eligible for Diploma in civil engineering. If you are in 12th then you must complete it and apply for B.Tech in civil engineering.

    Hello Shivani,No, absolutely not. You can do diploma after 10th class. But, now a days, in most of the colleges/ institutions, if you have done +2 in PCM, you can enter into second year of diploma program. But, there is a catch in that. By doing that, you will miss two basic fundamental and important subjects which are taught in first year of diploma( common to all branches except CSE)- Workshop Practice & Engineering Drawing.Now, if you want to pursue diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engg, then these two subjects would be important.     No, as far I know, you can pursue Diploma in any disciple even after you class 10th, and you don't to compulsorily complete your PUC for that.
