Do I stand a chance of final conversion for GDPI? I have been shortlisted for stage II but my MHT-CET score is 108.33 & 82.33 percentile.

You do stand a chance , hope you have given choices of other courses and preferences Other than the core PGDM.
as that will give you a better chance
