i m sorry even i want to ask is MBA in HR different from Diploma in HR & can u please inform me the proceedure how to go for it & i have pursued 71% in Bcom do u think it would be the better option for me if not what suggestions in career would u give me

Diploma is simply 6 months or 1 year degree programme
if you are multi tasking and able to manage different people you can go for MBA HR
For MBA you have to appear for certain entrance exams and you should choose A grade institutes
