Which program wil add value to a graduate working as a sales professional for ten years

Sir, I had not done my graduation due to some problem . Now I m 33 yrs old n doing some sales job ( like area sales manager in a company) but I m not satisfied with that. I m looking for some professional courses ( short term) . Will u suggest me any professional courses, please help me out.
