Hi Dinesh,
Well A+ is a good way to start acquiring knowledge about the Networking field, but you would also need more up-gradation to make your profile more demanding so to get much better Job/career options.
For this purpose you can look for various certifications being offered like Cisco's CCNA,

if u r interested in networking First:- You have to take basic knowledge of Hardware & networking. Second:- Do CCNA cource it is no.1 cource for entering in networking field

Talking from job point of view, CCNA is networking certification and is considered a job oriented course. But I would advise you to do CCNP after CCNA.
Also if possible do MCSE + RHCE after CCNA as this combination will make your profile stand ahead from quite a number of colleagues of yours, and so
