Hi Robert,
It is not clear as to what exactly you are inquiring about. If you are inquiring about how to get your degree for the B.A. external post the completion of the course, then you should contact the concerned Branch of the University / Admin of the University and inquire about the same.

I am also student of 1995 in BA external Exam Osmaniya university hydrabad
the marksheet not value in any BEd exam.
