Please for God sake , do not get into Correspondence like every one. Why cannot you try in Haryana itself regular MSc Chemistry. MSc in Delhi University if in Delhi you want to study but check status of admissions.

you can do it from indra gandhi national open universuity which have distance learning centre in delhi
