What are the eligibility criteria to pursue B.com from Mumbai university?

i am faild in T.Y.B.Com from ulhasnager R.K.T. Collage in the year 2001 after that i can\'t give exam in t.y.b.com but now i want to complete my greduation from mumbai unversity but how there is any possibility to complete my greduation direct unversity(mumbai) without contect of my previous colleg
