What is the difference between BS and B.Tech?

what is the difference between bs in usa and btech in india. Which one is better. I am also planning to do PG afterward. \nDoes BS MS have more privilege over Btech MS. \nPlease let me know the pros and cons of BS. Really beneficial if you provide some good links for the same.

Hi, In order to answer your question i would require a few details from your end. What exact courses do you want to compare? Hi, BS is mostly Engineering qualification from US and BTech is from India and it would be difficult for you to differnciate between both. It depends on whether you are trying for jobs in India/US or Public/Private sector.B Tech is preferred in India, as many BS Programmes are not recognised.
