hello sir,now i have complete my 3 year diploma in IT.and now i m doing job.....but my main inters in networking fiel so that now i have been complete CCNA,MCSA course ....but now I have not graduation or degree so now i want to get a complete my graduation or degree with distance or coresponding ..

You ca opt for BSc(IT). It would be the best option for you.
