Their is no any fix criteria for min. % but any one can join NIS ACADEMY it provides the benefit to those who also have back paper in any subject and it has giving you a regular mode degree in distance learning which make a benefit for anyone. Also it provide you a 100% job assessment. This is also

There is no such minimum percentage but some universities may ask for work experience
if you are fresher go for full time, distance is better only if you are working somewhere
