Hi, Both are excellent skill sets. There are lots of jobs in both web designing and programming. Programming is a little more niche area. So go ahead for any of those. God Luck.

Both of them are good. If you are interested in programming languages then opt for computer engg-programming. Web designing is not that difficult as compared to programming.
