How can i change a college after joining one under uptu ? Do i have a choice after completing my 1st year ?

Yes, you can switch colleges under PTU. Further PTU has articulation agreements with foreign universities also for credit transfers and you do not need to study first year again. Please visit www.kampuslanding.com for more details.
