U if not interested in joining any college for regular study course..thn u can join some of the leading computer institutes for some good computer/IT related courses. Some of them are NIIT and APTECH...

Talking from job point of view, CCNA is networking certification and is considered a job oriented course. But I would advise you to do CCNP after CCNA.
Also if possible do MCSE + RHCE after CCNA as this combination will make your profile stand ahead from quite a number of colleagues of yours, and so
