It is good that you think about future. First, you complete class 12th with good marks. All the branches are good. It depends on your interest.

In engineering, mechanical is a better branch, if you like mathematics then you can go with mechanical, otherwise, CSE and electrical engineering are also good options. The choice is yours.
    Good luck.

You should opt for a rare engineering course like petroleum engineering. Also, marine engineering is a good option but you should get a rank for the same. So, petroleum is better, it's just my opinion. Rest is your wish!

You can basically choose any specialisation field in engineering. There's no "best" branch in engineering, although currently, there are more opportunities in CSE and IT sectors. Know that not every career prospect, however appealing it may be, doesn't survive in the as the "best" forever. Choose the one of your liking and put in all your efforts.

For that, B.Tech. In IT and CS offer higher average package. And almost all courses offered by IIT have better placements. Now as for most interesting and satisfying branch in engineering, I feel that Mechanical branch has most to offer. Mechanical branch's syllabus is very knowledgea

You should try to make your physics concepts clear as there are too many courses from physics in engineering which help you to get a good job with better salary packages. Like electronic and communication engineering and electrical engineering.

Choose the branch by your interest, if you are interested in computer and software then you can choose CSE, otherwise if you want to construct building, road, canal, bridge, etc. then you can choose civil engineering, the ones who are interested in machine can choose mechanical.

All the branches are good. You can prefer mechanical engineering followed by electrical or aeronautical engineering. It depends on your interest.
