Almost all the courses are good. But, if you are interested in computer science and you are good in maths then CSE would be the best.

There are lots of specialisations in engineering but you only go with the branch which you find interesting and you're passionate about.

It depends on your interest, but if you want to go with the branch with high market demand the CSE is the best option for you.

Basically, it depends on your interest if you like to work with computers or good in programming than go for computer Science and engineering or information technology. These two streams are basically more in demand now a days.
Mechanical engineering is basically an evergreen field, you can get many opportunity in this field. Electrical engineering and electronics and communications provide you better scope for government jobs.
