all the branches have their respective merits.m moreover study 11 &12.and choose the branch of your choice.

all it depends on your intrest. if you have good sense of machines and toys by preserving them for curiosity then go for mechanical engineering.
if intrested in computers and data analysis cum computer language then CSE is for you.
if intrest goes on cement industry like architecture roads buildings etc go for Civil
there are so much options
choose by your intrest wisely

Don't go for branch do you best as you can in 11 and 12 and take the exam after the exam you will get enough time to think over the branch which you can get according to your performence

math is base of engineering.if you love maths more go for electrical stream -

Computer science (CS) is the best branch for pursuing in B.tech.But I prefer aeronautics , the rapid growing industry. Aeronautics provided a bright career.
