    Best branches for engineering are mechanical and computers. Choosing one branch from these two is quiet confusing but easiest way is to understand your skills.
    For example, if you have very good theoretical knowledge you should go for mechanical but if you are good at breaking the logic then you must prefer computers branch. To develop these skill you should be strong in physics & maths for respective branches.The most important thing is to get the best engineering college.You must also study for 3-4 hours daily at least.     Dear Suraj, It all depends on in which branch you are interested As you are in class XI right now you should first focus on getting admission in IIT nit or any other top college after selection you get enough time in deciding which branch you want take.

    Brother we r no shit to guide you for, your choice is only thing that you own rest are liabilities. Ask your self what you want.?
    Look at your own way of life and and way of thoughts are you good at chemistry or physics or maths.!!! Do you love machines or chemicals, buildings or software computers are you fantasized by the working of complex sophisticated system that we use for playing nfs/gya?

    first. you know about each and every branch of study and know the practical part that you are going to do in future.as your job.
    than take up the decision which suits for your ability and skills and do your best in that course of study.
