I think in engineering all branch have its own opportunities if Your r the topper of that field an all depends on Your area of interest -
if Your in 11 then first u should do +2 in non medical and then go for b tach in graduation.in btach u can find out many fields according Your interest and passion and according Your pocket too.good luck .just go on man. -
There is not any alternative of best branch all the branches are good, but you have to give your own interest in that field .
