    No, you cannot enter Adamas University for B.Pharm degree if you haven't given either JEE Mains or WBJEE as their admission is purely based on this. They shortlist students on the basis of the ranks/marks they obtain in these exams. They have no other option for admission except these two. So, its better you look for some other university which doesn't require JEE score for admission.
