I've more than 3 years of work experiance in IT. My graduation was from NON-IT background. I have given IELTS and has overall 7 band score. I'm looking for MBA in IT. iI'm looking for Good universities which gives admission based on work ex and IELTS and do not recommend GRE/GMAT.

Hi.
I don't think you can find any MBA program in USA that does not require GMAT/GRE. However, there are a few universities in the UK that might waive of the GMAT requirement considering your work experience, and your undergraduation degree.
