Is GDBA - (Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) a Graduation level degree or just diploma?

Hi Everyone :) I'm Gaurav, I want to know that, Is (Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) a Graduation level degree or just diploma??? I am badly confused :( I didn't know whether it is equivalent to Graduation or not???? Some one said to me that its a simple diploma :(

    Graduate Diploma refers to undergraduate course which you can opt after 10+2.It is not at all equivilant to Bachelors Degree.There is a difference . What exactly you are looking for ,can you please elaborate.
