my friend from hyderabad who joined into polytechic course in 2000, has discontinued polytechnic education in 2002 and the course being Mechanical, he was in the second year of polytechnic at the time of discontuation now he wants to get atleast a degree may be of commerce how can he do so??

if he was passed +2 means he can go for graduation course which is regular or correspondence, if he was completed 10th std means there is another option it is based on age if he completed his 21 years then he can take graduation course from any open university
