UPSC exam held in June month and forum are out in Feb month -
Hi Akash,
The forms are out in the month of February each year and the prelims start taking place in the month of June-July, where as at this point of time the main exams will begin some time soon.

These are not forms for IPS but for UPSC exam. These generally come in Feb. So wait for Feb 2012.
