As both these fields are totally polls apart first you need to understand what are your interests & career aspirations as an individual because that would be the major deciding factor in your career progression. If you feel inclined towards defence then go for NDA & if you feel that Mangement is your forte then go for MBA
You can even do your Management at a later stage as all the cadets joining the NDA after their 10+2 Examination, are trained in the Academy for three years culminating into graduation in B.A/B.Sc. or B. Sc. (Computer Science) degree. So, after doing service in defence for few years you can pursue your MBA. After acheiving a level in defence you can also get a Sabbatical for further education so, at that time you can plan your MBA. It will also make you eligible for MBA abroad (as that requires work experience)
As far as your income is concerened both the fields provide you a high income graph. However, as far as MBA is concerned it would largely depend on how you perform on your program.

Hi,
If you are looking for a regular MBA program you need to first sit for various entrance exams like CAT XAT MAT etc. then clear other admission stages like GD & PI and then only you would be able to get in regular MBA program. Moreover, if you are looking for admission in this year it would be really difficult, except there would be few Institutes under MAT which will take you for their September session. Even, for other part time or distance learning institutes the session would start next year. However, there will be some Institutes who will have rolling admission but for that you need to get in touch with the Institutes directly.
