Although, going for further studies is a good option, but with the diploma you can not go for regular MBA programs as it would require you to have a graduation degree from a recognised University with 50% aggregate marks. Hi Harshad,
Being an international student after study masters program from UK you are eligible for 2 years of work permit within UK. However MS Pharmacology is the science that studies the mechanism of action, clinical uses, side effects and the fate of drugs on the body. You may easily get into the pharma companies there are various Job Shops from where you can get Jobs.Package depends on your overall academics,your Previous experience(if any),your Performance etc.

At university of East Anglia there is a 5 years MB/BS program is available. Your first step towards an admission is UKCAT exam as all applicants (including graduates & mature students) need to take the UK-CAT Medical Admissions test prior to submission of their application, see www.ukcat.ac.uk for full details.
