Although, going for further studies is a good option, but with the diploma you can not go for regular MBA programs as it would require you to have a graduation degree from a recognised University with 50% aggregate marks. However, you have two options first is that you go for your graduation through a lateral entry program in which you can complete your engineering in lesser time duration or go for any other graduation through correspondence & then plan your MBA another option for you could be as you have good amount of work experience you do a diploma, advance diploma or certificate program in management. Being an international student after study masters program from UK you are eligible for 2 years of work permit within UK. However MS Pharmacology is the science that studies the mechanism of action, clinical uses, side effects and the fate of drugs on the body. You may easily get into the pharma companies there are various Job Shops from where you can get Jobs.Package depends on your overall academics,your Previous experience(if any),your Performance etc.
