Hi,
It is impossible for you to get a student visa right after to complete your B.E. In order to get a visa, you would require admission to a particular university. The only thing you can do at this point of time is to study hard and focus on your BE. In order to make it to the top universities in USA, you would need atleast 75% and above. Apart from that, you can utilize these 2 years to prepare for the GRE as well as TOEFL side by side. Once you have graduated and you have secured your admission in a particular university, that is the time when you would be able to apply for a student visa.
