If you want to pursue regular English Hons. then there will be very few options in terms of universities offering that because of the age limit reasons. But obviously there are universities like Rajasthan University which allow doing M.A. from distance mode for people of age group up to 40.
To be an English Editor for News Papers, Magazines, Journals, etc, you can look for relevant job advertisements for the same and also if you are interested in doing some course in particular then you can opt for short term courses for English Editors. Mentioned only the name that is written in your passport. differentiation in the name may lead to your visa being rejected.
