The course you should choose totally depends on your career aspirations. If you want to stay in the technical side, then you should take a MS course in the desired technical field. On the other hand, if you want to shift your career towards the management side, then a masters course in management or a MBA is a better option for you. In your case, you should take up a MS course as a masters course is designed for students who do not have any work experience in their profile whereas a MBA requires atleast a minimum of 2 years work experience.
It is not necessary that a MBA fetches one more salary than a masters course. It totally depends

Dear Arindam,
For CCNA / CCNP in Kolkata the best institute options that you should consider include:
Brainware Computer Academy,
Baguiati Centre, H/H-7, Aswininagar, Nr 44 Bus Stand
Kolkata
HCL CDC. IISCO House 4th Floor, 50, Chowringhee Road, Kolkatta
NIIT Kolkata
The first two are good ones as NIIT isn't up to it's reputation in Kolkata for CCNA curriculum.
Also I would advise you to check the institute's lab set up and other CISCO Hardware, because for CCNA exam practicals matter a lot more than theoretical aspect.
Do ask back for further queries.https://shiksha.com is pleased 2 help u.
Best of luck for your future !
