If you want to pursue Master in Civil Engineering in the US, it is highly recommended that you retake the GRE as a score of 960 is really going to make you land up in a not so well reputed university. You should target a score of atleast 1200 if you want to make it through some good universities and want to make a good career ahead. Since you have not given the TOEFL IBT, i would recommend you to study hard for that test as well and target a minimum score of 100+.
There is no set converter to convert CGPA into GPA. Every university has its own unique CGPA to GPA converter. Also, almost all universities recommend you to give them your original CGPA and they would convert it themselves.
However, if you still want a brief idea about what exactly your GPA would be, kindly relate to the data below:
1) 75% - 3.0 GPA
2) 65% - 2.0 GPA
3) 55% - 1.0 GPA
If your percentage is in between 70 and 80, then your GPA would be somewhere around 2.5.

The Bank Clerical Exams are held to fill in the various posts/vacancies available in the nationalized banks. The Vacancies are all of different levels from Clerks/ Typists to Data Entry Operators to Cashiers and Telephone operators.
The eligibility may vary as per the post and your eligibility for the same. As far I understand about this, if you are looking for the Clerk post then you can be eligible in the following cases only:
Bachelor's degree of a recognized University in any discipline or Passed with 50% marks in aggregate in Higher Secondary Examination/(10+2) or 10+2+3 pattern or 60% marks in aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern) /SSLC/10th standard of 10+2+3 pattern.
For the posts of Stenographers, Data Entry Operators, Telephone Operators: a pass in SSC/10th in the pattern of 10+2+3 is required.

I would say, as every individual is different the opinion on this can vary from person to person. While choosing the field the thing which should be of utmost importance is your own choice & career aspiration as ultimately it is you who's career is going to be effected by the decision taken at this point of time, so don't listen to anybody but to your mind & choose the field which you feel passionate about. In any case to get a good career progression you have to do a Masters degree after graduation & as far as MBA is concerened you can do it even after B.Com. Moreover, B. Com open other venues as well for you like M.Com, MFA etc.
