If you are a fresher, I would suggest you that if possible, you should plane for a regular MBA program rather than going for a Correspondence. Reason being correspondence hold very little or, it would not be an exaguration if I say no value in the job market especially for the freshers. As correspondence program gives no practical exposure and has zero communication level it is mainly for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and just want a degree to get to the next level.
If in case you still want to go for MBA through correspondence you may try in the following Institutes:

In UK September is the main intake for most of the courses however in January not all universities offer MBA if you wish to study MBA in Jan intake then Some of the universities in UK for MBA for January Intake are Sheffield Hallam University,Cardiff University,University of Greenwich ,etc.

University of Hamburg offers Master if international Business Administration (MiBA) which is taught in english and german language inorder to take admission into this program you should have bachelors degree like BA or BSc in business administration, economics, sociology, political science or law with minimum 60% also you need to give IELTS 6.0 minimum or TOEFL IBT 92 also for german language Test DaF is required . Since you asked this question to Humboldt University of Berlin so let me tell you this university doesn't offer PG program in Information Technology however there are other universities which offer Master program in IT like:-University of Stuttgart , University of Karlsruhe, University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,University of Siegen,RWTH Aachen University,University of Duisburg-Essen etc.
Masters degree is 2 year duration in Germany. You need to pass German language test with good IELTS score. If you qualify the DAAD Scholarship exam,then all your tuition fees will be wave off & you need to pay only the living expenses.For
