There is a DACA program from CDAC in Animation domain. Best choice will be to go for Animation or Graphic programs from NID. You could opt for any skill based course in Animation or do even masters from premier institutions like IIT. There are various organizations imarting skills in Web, Graphics & Animation as per your requirement. Please check out and decide yourself. Arena Animation through its network of centres across the country could be helpful if you want to carve your career in Multimedia and Animation domain. MAAC, Frameboxx, Picasso etc. could be helpful if you are looking for Animation Film Making domain.

Dear Aspirant,
As you already have decent amount of experience, you can opt for certification courses in diverse domains like Networking / Administration / DBA / Security (Ethical Hacking), etc.
Now talking from job and Career point of view, CCNA is networking certification and is considered a job oriented course.
But I would advise you to do CCNP after CCNA and the next security modules like CCNA-Security and then CCDP , CCDE to reach the experts level.
Also if possible do MCSE + RHCE after CCNA as this combination will make your profile stand ahead from quite a number of colleagues of yours, and so will help you with the job too.
This combination of CCNA + MCSE + RHCE will help you get a good job in Administration & Networking field.
For DBA you have option of IBM DB2 and Oracle's OACP and associate course modules.
For ethical Hacking i.e. security related courses you can opt for many popular short term courses offered by many institutes in India. Security field might interest you as the expertise in programming languages and scripting like Python will be put to real time use therein.
Except these mentioned options you can check out SAS, IBM Mainframe, Software Quality Testing, IBM Lotus, etc.
