First lets just understand the difference between MBA & PGDM. MBA is a Masters level program where as PGDM gives you a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. So, Now I think the choice would be easier for you. After graduation advisable is that you go for a 2 Year full time Masters Level program that is MBA as this holds a good position in the job Market.
However, your degree & the Institute from where you are getting that degree can only help you to an extent; alot will depend on how you perform on the program and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of your job interviews and after that in your career growth.

The best possible course for you is a masters in computer administration.
