yes u can do graduation in one year but on the flip side those degrees will not be treated as valid degrees moreover the chances of getting a job by doing this one sitting prog is also less. i suggest u to go for 3year prog either by distance or regular.

As mentioned earlier, MBA IT is a highly specialized field involving the elements of business administration with the understanding of the latest IT trends. PGDCA on the other hand is a technical diploma course, instead of this I would suggest you to opt for MCA as this is a degree and will provide better prospects.
The scope of the two courses are in different fields altogether as PGDCA or MCA will provide you with a technical career focusing on the IT development field where as MBA in IT will help you to enter the IT department with the intention of administrating the process.

I am afraid to say but there are no engineering courses available at this university. However, there are various engineering courses available in Canada in universities like University of Toronto, Mcgill University, University of western ontario, University of Alberta, etc.
