Yes for sure. IMA is in existance since 2005, started as a vocational professional training institute now offereing various universities courses, they are affiliated with Indian Universities and Foreign Universities. They are authorised Online Study Centre of MS University, Tamil Nadu, which is a state Govt University of TN, Recognised by DEC, UGC, MHRD Govt of INDIA.
Also note that IMA runs international Degree course in affiliation with foreign universities of high repute.

Also a student visa doesn't allow you to take full time job,you could surely do with a bit of extra income.As a international student you are permitted to work upto 4 hours/day,but not more than 180 half days/year.Both on campus and off-campus work is permitted.In any case,knowledge of German language is a strong plus point for a job.

if he was passed +2 means he can go for graduation course which is regular or correspondence, if he was completed 10th std means there is another option it is based on age if he completed his 21 years then he can take graduation course from any open university
