Hi.
I assume you are seeking information for the online MBA program as that is the only program which is available in this university. Please find below the answers to your queries:
1) Duration of the course: 2-3 years depending on when you complete the foundation courses.
Note* Foundation courses are the courses which are mandatory to be completed.
2) Tuition fees: USD 19500 or Rupees 9,00,000 approx. depending on the Dollar rate.
3) Required GMAT score: 600+ recommended. No minimum score.
4) Yes you can apply in February for fall 2011 but it would be recommended to apply before.

Dear Madhubabu, You can join BTech from Excel College of Higher Education. After HSC it is 4 years (8 sems) course. After Diploma Duration is 3 years (6 sems). Course is through JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Udaipur, Rajasthan. University will conduct exams and provide Marksheets and Certificates /
DIploma / Degree. University is UGC recognized and DEC recognized. The courses are self-study distance learning courses. They don't conduct classes. They will provide books / study material. They advice these courses to working class. Fees is Rs. 16700 per sem. Fees includes books, exams and certification fee.
