Hi, you can get admission for a foundation course in New Zealand, but you will face problems from immigration New Zealand. They wont issue Visa for foundation courses. Visa will be given to programs starting from level 5 which requires a intermediate qualification(10+2).

Hi Aamir,
Earlier in some European countries it was free however now a days its not free for the international students in some cases education is free if students can able to get the scholarships, as you have asked this question under german category then let me tell you in Germany education is free if you able to get DAAD scholarship, however fees is also not expensive and very minimal fee structure. Living expenses can be bit higher. To avail free education clear the Scholarship.
