Hi,
British High Commission will verify your education qualification as they have there own procedure such things like strike or any other related university problem will not the constraint also if your university is UGC/ AICTE approved then you will not face any problem however your case will also depends on so many factors like your financial status, percentages in academics, IELTS score etc.

yes their is ignou part time but it is not part time u need to join class on weekend the another university is iase university rajasthan but check it out on the ugc site their is some problem of that universities affliation.

Hi Tejas,
Although there is no such problem if you pursue a course through a private institute, but it is important that the institute/ course should be recognized by the government body. ISO is not the regulating body for approving and affiliating courses and institutes in India, instead it is the bodies like AICTE or UGC and approvals from such bodies are required to pursue a valid course.
If you are yet to take admission or are in the first year itself, then you may consider writing entrances again and look for better options to pursue Engineering from a well recognized University.

Dear Aspirant,
You need to consider a few things as under to be impressive on the Seminar/Presentation Day:
-- First of all have a formal dressing.
-- Prepare and review your content that you are to speak 2-3 times.
-- Try memorizing some impressive quotes and/or thoughts relevant to your topic that you can cite in between the Seminar, this shows your good hand on literature.
