There is a huge scope in the field of Management after completing MBA degree from a premier institute like IIMs IITs MDI FMS IIFT etc.
MBA is a degree for those who are keen to pursue a career in Management field. When you ask about the scope of the MBA program in comparison to other courses, it becomes difficult to predict as to which courses you are referring to for the comparison & it would be better if you could elaborate on that.
If in comparison to other management courses like PGDM, PGPM etc which are either diploma or the certificate courses in Management , MBA is a degree course and seems to hold better prospects in term

You need to be Graduate, and then only you can apply for MBA program.
Only a few colleges in India allow people from Diploma background to do MBA in India, but they too ask for at least 5 years of experience.
So, I suggest you to opt for Graduation degree first.
