First thing I would suggest you is that if you are planning to do your MBA then opt for a regular MBA program rather than going for any part time or a distance learning program, as part time or distance learning program would hold very little value or, it would not be an exaguration if I say, no value in career growth especially when you are a fresher.
Now coming to the courses which you can opt for which can work as an add ons to your profile are some short duration courses related to Psychology, Social Anthropology etc. You can also opt for some IT related certification like SAP HR etc.
