Measure the options well and see which one would suit you more in terms of name of degree (PGDBA in case of Symbioss & MBA in case of Sikkim-Manipal Universiy), availability of learning centres, mode of giving exams ( flexible date or fixed dates), fees etc.

Yes it is right in most cases. However , Graduate in any discipline would be considered eligible to apply for MCA at IGNOU. However, those who did not study Maths as a separate subject have to register for MTE-03 paper in the first semester. Moreover, students who have not studied Maths as a core subject in their intermediate level are required to pass the CS-60 paper, which is offered in MCA.

You can choose from the options like : Hardware / Networking, Data Base Management, Embedded Systems, Testing, Mainframes, Wireless Technology etc. Other than these type of courses, if you are keen to opt for your Masters, you can look forward to career options like M.Tech in CS or IT/ MCA but as mentioned that you are not interested in the software/ technical field, then may be you may look in to MBA in IT as a far better option for you than the former.
