Hi Tejas,
Although there is no such problem if you pursue a course through a private institute, but it is important that the institute/ course should be recognized by the government body. ISO is not the regulating body for approving and affiliating courses and institutes in India, instead it is the bodies like AICTE or UGC and approvals from such bodies are required to pursue a valid course.
If you are yet to take admission or are in the first year itself, then you may consider writing entrances again and look for better options to pursue Engineering from a well recognized University.

Hi,
You can apply for a Canadian Visa once you have received an admission offer from a Canadian University. While applying for a Canadian visa, you must prove that you have enough money to fund your tuition fees+living expenses+return ticket back to India after completion of course. You would also have to take a Medical Examination and clear that medical examination. In order to apply, you would need to submit the following forms which can be found on the VFS website:
1) Application for Study Permit: IMM1294 B
2) Personal Information form.
3) Study Permit Questionnaire
4) Proof of Acceptance from the university.

You can appear for the entrance exams of MCA held by many reputed universities/colleges in India. The best ones include IIT Roorkee, JNU, etc.
