Yes. You can do B.Arch with any stream provided you have Mathematics as a subject at XII level. You will have to pass a test called NATA and then join B.Arch course. you can visit www.coa.gov.in
There is a problem created by AICTE & MHRD, govt of India. As per AICTE you must pass Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at XII in order to join B.Arch. However, Council of Architecture is the apex body to regulate the Architecture education in the country.
This is still debated in the apex court that who should be in charge of Architecture education? However, if you have interest in architecture and drawing, You can join any architecture college

IMA Runs Courses of MS University, TN which are UGC, DEC and MHRD Approved, Apart from that the CCA course which you have mentioned here is through collaborative affiliation from International University & AAFM , USA, they are parparable at par to the other courses being offered by International universities.
Rest it still depends upon personal choice, we would recommend you to check the website and go though it and decide at your own which course is best for you. ref: www.imaonline.in or ima.edu.in for more information on course offered by IMA

Hello,
Both the specialization have scope in their own industry wise companies. Both are good engineering branches but looking at the future demand .I think Electronics and telecommunication is a good option for u which will give many good options both in private and public sector companies.
All the Best.
