Well there are a few Universities which are offering Distance/ Part time B.tech/ B.E courses like IGNOU, JNTU etc and to know about these and the other institutes you may refer to the following link:

But then it is not advised to pursue distance education and instead try to opt for the regular courses as the same offers better education as compared to any other.

You are not known that few college take student for admission without Math,but you some college have a simple paper(math paper),so you are pass math paper ,then you are select.Either wise you are try another college.
