As an Architect you could look for modules like Image Editing and 3 D Tools like Max or Maya to use them for creating 3D Walk through of your projects. Please inform, if you are looking towards design field for your Career or skill enhancement and usage in own area?

Since you have very strong academics, you can try for an MBA course in some good universities like Cardiff University and Coventry University. You will not need to take GMAT or need work experience to pursue MBA from these universities.
Tuition Fee for 1 year MBA course in Cardiff University is GBP 16965 and Coventry University is 10590. They have one intake every year in September.

Since you do not have any work experience, you can try and apply for Coventry University, which does not need any work experience.

Please for God sake , do not get into Correspondence like every one. Why cannot you try in Haryana itself regular MSc Chemistry. MSc in Delhi University if in Delhi you want to study but check status of admissions.
