Hi,
Its true that one can get a stipend that usually takes place at the doctoral/ post doctoral/ fellowship level but to be eligible for these you require to complete your Masters first and then can only opt for this course. At the M.tech level, there are no such possibilities to get a stipend tough there are many institutes which offers M.tech courses and to know about these you may refer to the following link:

Dear Atit, I think your BCA is 3 years duration. As normally Canada require 4 years of Bachelor degree like USA for Master degree, it is advisable for you to do PGD course in IT/Computing at Canada first and than check for options of Master degree. In order to pursue your MBA from University of Toronto(Rotman School of Management), you require a minimum full time work experience of 2 years. If you do not have work experience, you are not eligible to apply for this program. If you are keen on pursuing MBA without work experience in Canada, you can apply to Carleton University. This university does not require work experience and neither has a high GMAT requirement(You can easily get admission by scoring 600+).
