Gagan, there are lot of universities in California. It seems that you have relatives in California and you'll be initially staying with them or near them. I'll be able to advise you appropriately, if you can let me know which part of California you'll be staying. Further, as you have done your 12th standard, the best option would be to take admissions in the community college. Please visit www.kampuslanding or our office near you for free counseling and guidance.

Hi,
Although, different Institutes will have different admission criterion & cut offs but I would say, you have a good combination of education & experience to go for a PhD program in Human Resource Management; there are not many Universities which will give you this concentration. However, you can also opt for PhD in management which would give you almost the similar curriculum. Few of the Institutes which you can try for regular program in PhD HR are:
Tata Institute of Social Sciences
SJMSOM (IIT Mumbai)
ISEC
Indian institute of Science
For Phd in Management or other related fields you can look at:
IIM - I
IIM - A
IIM - C
XLRI
Pondicherry Univ
