Which college you wish to aim for? You have to check out eligibility criterian for any particular management institute. Generally graduation is required for PG in Management.

There are a lot of options as i am listing below the most prominent ones from the job point of view:
1. Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.

Set yourself a time limit and note how fast you can complete a 200 word question.
Improve your speed as well as handwriting (while writing fast) gradually.
Work out excellent introductions and conclusions to all possible questions.
Work out side headings that cover the most important points of that question.
