Choosing a specialization purely depends on your interests and career aspirations. There are many specializations available in Management programs. Few of the popular once are operations, finance, marketing, HR. According to your qualification and experience you can opt for MBA in operations, finance or HR. Advisable would be that you should go for a regular program as the kind of practical exposure you get in a regular MBA would not get in correspondence or part time. There are many Universities offering PhD program and in most the options available if you are keen to pursue it through a full time mode, then qualifying an entrance is required by most of the Universities where as in case of Distance/ Correspondence mode this may vary and mostly you can secure direct admissions based on the eligibility required.

Although, BBA course of Brainware University is not approved by AICTE but it is affiliated with PTU which is a UGC recognised University.
