Hi Aamir,
If you able to get the DAAD Scholarship then tuition fees is free however University of Bonn charges nominal tuition fees of Euro 500 per semester In addition, a basic fee of currently 212.39 Euro must be payed per semester, which covers public transportation in all NRW.
